Refunds may only be granted if the project has not yet started or no significant work has been delivered.
Once a project, design, or deliverable has been initiated or shared, refunds are not applicable.
If a payment is made in error or charged twice, clients can contact us for correction within 7 business days.
Refunds are not applicable in cases where project delays occur due to client-side issues, such as late content, feedback, or communication.

2. Cancellations

Clients may cancel their service request before the project officially begins by notifying us in writing via email.
Once work has started or any deliverable has been shared, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

3. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
