  • Refunds are not applicable in cases where project delays occur due to client-side issues, such as late content, feedback, or communication.

2. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their service request before the project officially begins by notifying us in writing via email.
  • Once work has started or any deliverable has been shared, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

3. Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
  • Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
